Eulitha is a Swiss deep technology company developing advanced lithography equipment for emerging applications in photonics. Our breakthrough technologies enable development and production of revolutionary devices in fields such as Augmented Reality (AR), telecommunications and biological sensors. We work with global technology leaders in developing new solutions for future near-eye displays, smart phones, flat panel displays, lasers and similar devices.
In this position, you will join the Production department of Eulitha, a leading innovator in lithographic equipment solutions as a Technical Logistics Coordinator. You will manage inventory, ensure quality control, and handle logistics operations. You are required to speak fluency in both English and German. The ideal candidate has experience in logistics,, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of organization, compliance and safety and contributes with a positive and proactive attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Logistics and Shipping
* Receive and sort incoming packages according to company organization standards.
* Manage return shipments and handle defective parts through the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) process.
* Prepare machines and components for shipping, including organizing lifting and moving equipment.
* Assist external companies in building crates for shipping to ensure secure transport.
Inventory Management
* Maintain and organize inventory to ensure efficient access and storage.
* Ensure process and production supplies are consistently stocked to support ongoing operations.
* Conduct regular inventory counts to keep records accurate and up to date.
* Propose and implement inventory management system improvements for increase efficiency
Work-Environment Maintenance
* Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to strict cleanliness standards to maintain a contamination-free environment.
Quality Control
* Monitor, perform and organize with relevant teams, recipt checks for damages and completeness on incoming parts
* Ensure all operations, including parts transfer, handling, and storage, comply with relevant guidelines.
Support and Miscellaneous
* Support building and cleanroom logistics and maintenance activities to ensure smooth operations.
* Occasionally build mechanical assemblies as needed to support production.
* Streamline internal processes by taking over package handling duties, reducing inefficiencies and freeing up other team members for core tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Completion of a logistic apprenticeship or equivalent experience in logistics or supply chain management.
* Fluency in both English and German to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, such as crate builders.
* Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills to manage inventory and ensure accuracy.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a commitment to setting new standards and supporting colleagues.
Preferentials
* Experience with inventory management systems to enhance tracking and organization.
* Familiarity with shipping and logistics procedures to streamline transportation processes.
