Your responsibilities:
* Participate in / lead the audit of the annual and consolidated financial statements of national and international clients in accordance with Swiss and international accounting standards (Swiss CO, Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS)
* Lead special audits such as capital increases, company foundations, donor audits
* Work with our clients to create solutions to their financial accounting, process, and systems challenges
* Contribute actively to the growth and development of the Audit team at RSM Switzerland
* Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality service delivery
* Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned clients throughout the year
* Develop an understanding of the RSM culture, team spirit, methodology and tools
* Be the brand ambassador for RSM and role model for younger team members, whilst promoting RSM values
Your profile:
* Certified Accountant (Swiss CPA, DEC, ACCA or equivalent) (completed or in progress)
* 4–6 years of audit experience with both local and international clients, with proven expertise in Swiss CO, IFRS, and/or Swiss GAAP FER
* Demonstrated experience in managing international client portfolios and leading audit teams across complex mandates
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, combined with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
* Fluent in French, with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally in English; knowledge of German is a strong asset
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and other commonly used business applications; experience with data analytics tools is a plus
