We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Demi-Chef de Partie to join our creative culinary team and help open our Greek restaurant Neora for the winter season 2025/2026.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily mise en place for Neora Restaurant's Greek dishes
* Preparation and presentation of dishes for your position
* Compliance with and promotion of quality standards in the kitchen
* Development and co-design of recipes
* Proper food storage in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
* Completed training as a chef with experience in upscale 5-star establishments
* First experience in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine
* Excellent product knowledge of Greek cuisine
* Creativity, attention to detail, and high-quality standards
* Structured, organized work style
* Team-oriented mindset
* Fluent in German and English
