Job content
Playing a key role in the development of our digital transformation team in the DACH region
Maintaining and nurturing your personal network and acquiring client engagements
Developing your own client relationships with current and potential clients
Being responsible for consistently excellent delivery of client assignments across industries, creating impact by supporting clients on their digital transformation journey, and actively participating in project delivery
Managing stakeholders at all relevant levels of the client organization
Training and developing consultants inside and outside of projects
We are looking for you if you
Hold a relevant master’s degree from a top university with excellent grades
Have 10+ years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a project manager or project leader in digital transformation consulting
Are a true functional and/or industry expert with the ability to translate knowledge into client solutions
Have experience with digital transformation (design and implementation), digital/IT strategy, data management and analytics, or large transformation programme management
Lead projects independently and guide team members effectively
Possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Enjoy working in teams and building strong client relationships at all organizational levels
Can establish trust with top management and serve as a trusted adviser
Have experience working with both large corporates and mid-cap companies
Possess a commercial mindset with a desire to develop opportunities and customer relations, and strong sales capabilities for advisory services
Have a proven track record of selling management consulting services in digital transformation over the last four years, preferably from a management consulting firm
Maintain a resilient network of excellent client relationships
Dare to innovate and think outside the box
Speak and write fluent English, and preferably German
You are results-driven and believe in an appreciative approach to change. As a person, you are empathetic, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and can manage various stakeholders. You have strong analytical and communication skills and understand what matters most to clients. You are empathetic and foster positive energy in the work environment.
