We are looking for a
Remote IT Technician
to join our growing international team. This is a fully remote position that offers flexible working hours and the opportunity to support users from around the world.
As a Remote IT Technician, you will provide technical assistance, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure that our systems run smoothly and efficiently. You'll work closely with other IT professionals to maintain network stability, support new system deployments, and resolve user incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide Level 1 and Level 2 remote technical support for users
* Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
* Install, configure, and update IT systems and applications
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings
* Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system reliability and performance
Requirements
* Education or background in
IT, Computer Science, or Technical Support
* 1+ year of experience in IT support, help desk, or network administration
* Familiarity with Windows, macOS, Office 365, VPN, and basic networking
* Experience with remote support tools such as TeamViewer, AnyDesk
, or similar
* Strong communication skills in
English
(German or French is a plus)
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple support requests
