Recrutis is supporting one of its clients, a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing company, in the search for a Planning Engineer, based in Visp (Valais, Switzerland), as part of a consulting mission on large-scale CAPEX projects.

Scope
* Build, maintain and update detailed project schedules in Primavera P6.
* Track progress, critical path and milestones across CAPEX work packages.
* Produce planning reports and forecasts for project leadership.
* Coordinate schedule inputs from engineering, procurement and construction.
* Identify schedule risks and propose mitigation / recovery plans.
* Support interface management across disciplines and contractors.
* Maintain alignment between baseline and actual progress.
Profile — Required criteria (knockout)
* Minimum 10 years of planning / project controls experience.
* Hands‑on expertise with Primavera P6 (mandatory).
* Experience planning large-scale CAPEX projects (€100M+ scale).
* Experience in pharma, biotech or comparable highly regulated industrial construction.
* English at professional working level (mandatory).
* Availability for on‑site presence in Visp, Valais.
Strong assets — Differentiators
* Experience on GMP / regulated manufacturing facility projects.
* Familiarity with EPCM project environments.
* Integrated cost and schedule control experience.
* Professional planning / project-controls certification.
