What To Expect
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sr. Retail Program Specialist for Tesla EMEA. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive customer engagement, increase sales, and enhance brand visibility in the retail environment. We are seeking a candidate who exhibits high agency and proven expertise in triaging priorities across multiple teams, without getting bogged down by bureaucratic red tape.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in retail marketing, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of successfully executed work.
What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute comprehensive retail marketing strategies to drive store traffic and increased conversion into Test Drive and Orders
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and work on compelling in-store promotions, displays, and campaigns
* Manage the creation of retail collateral and content, including signage, displays, and promotional materials
* Analyse sales data and customer insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve performance
* Collaborate with InfraDev and Creative teams to ensure brand consistency and enhance the overall customer experience
* Monitor and report on the effectiveness of retail programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
* Stay informed about retail industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing
