We’re looking for a strategic and technically minded Product Manager to join our team and help drive innovation, scalability, and performance across our core platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Engineering, Architecture, and other product teams to define and deliver platform capabilities that empower our product portfolio and enhance the overall user experience.
Responsibilities
* Platform Vision and Strategy - Contribute to defining and communicating the platform vision aligned with company goals. Help shape a forward-looking roadmap that balances innovation, technical feasibility, and business impact.
* Execution and Delivery - Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, and User experience teams to deliver platform features from concept to launch. Translate complex technical needs into clear, actionable requirements and acceptance criteria.
* Stakeholder and Collaboration - Partner with internal teams to understand platform needs and ensure alignment across product areas. Provide regular updates and insights on platform initiatives.
* Performance & Optimization - Monitor platform KPIs (stability, scalability, performance) and identify areas for improvement. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
* Communication - Create concise and engaging communication updates that are effectively delivered across the various teams in the organization.
Qualifications
* Academic Background in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
* Experience working with enterprise platforms (Board or similar) is a strong asset.
* Several years in product management or a related technical role, ideally focused on platform technologies.
* Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
* Experience in agile development environments; familiarity with BI, planning, or analytics tools is a plus.
* A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for solving complex problems.
