We are currently assisting our client in their search to hire an OT Security Specialist (m/w/d) in Nyon. As an OT Network and Cybersecurity Specialist, you will play a critical role in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing operational technology networks in industrial environments.
You will work-closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring the seamless integration of automation systems, network security, and real-time communication between devices and systems.
Your Responsibilities:
1. OT Network and Cybersecurity Support (including cybersecurity risk guidance - “Archer”)
2. Assistance in adding/changing/modifying OT Systems (Servers, Devices, etc.) – Moving/Adding/Changing/Deleting
3. Guidance in provisioning, patching and upgrading systems (PLCs, Servers, OT Workstations)
4. System Architecture Support (IP, segmentation, etc.)
5. Assist in maintaining site asset lists and network architecture diagrams.
6. Manage ServiceNOW OT Assets.
7. Collaborate with end users, operational teams, and IT personnel to effectively address network-related challenges.
8. Ensure proper network segmentation and implementation of security measures to protect critical OT assets.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations and changes.
10. Collaborate with the security team to implement and enforce security policies and protocols.
11. Participate in security audits and vulnerability assessments of OT networks.
Your profile:
12. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
13. Hands-on experience with industrial automation-systems and field devices is a plus
14. Familiarity with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, OPC) and industrial networking equipment.
15. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices
16. Previous experience in a Consumer Health Manufacturing Facility a plus
17. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
18. Fluent in English and French
