Over two exciting years, you will rotate across four departments, where you will quickly understand how we operate as a company and gain a wide‑ranging appreciation of our key functions preparing you to grow your career within the Trading business units. The rotations will take place in key trading support functions: Middle Office, Trading Operations and Market Analysis. The fourth rotation will be defined based on individual capabilities as well as business needs. It may include Credit Analysis, Quantitative Analysis, Shipping, Digital Lab etc… As part of the program, subject to performance, one of the rotations will be completed in a different country where you started the program (Singapore or Houston) where you will develop your intercultural communication skills!
The four rotations will consist of a blend of T&S (crude oil, oil products including biofuels) and TGP (mainly gas, LNG and power) assignments. This is undeniably a unique opportunity to experience an enriching multi‑energies journey! Our program will be engaging and intense. In addition to usual Business activities, we are offering a comprehensive training program including a purpose‑built integration week on‑the‑job as well as online trainings and a dedicated training path regular mentoring sessions with our Senior Talent Developers / Global Graduate Program Lead.

Who do we look for?
You hold a relevant Master’s Degree or equivalent from 2025 or 2026 such as in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Energy; You have some international experience, for example you studied a semester abroad, you worked as an intern or volunteered in another country than the one you are originally from; Standing together is one of our key values so it is essential that you demonstrate a good team spirit; You are a forward‑thinking and performance‑driven person with excellent interpersonal skills showing assertiveness, confidence and resilience and you have the ability to operate autonomously; Innovation being at the heart of our DNA we hope to welcome people with an entrepreneurial and agile mind‑set with excellent communication skills; Most importantly, you have a strong interest for commodity trading and you are eager to widen your knowledge during this 2‑year journey; You thrive in changing environments and you can deal with uncertainty or fast‑evolving situations; You are fluent in English and globally mobile.

These tests assess your key behaviours, your motivations as well as your cognitive abilities. Each test can be completed independently (average completion time per test: 12 min). We appreciate that you may not have the time to complete these tests on the day of your application and this is why you will be able to complete them within up to five days from your application date. However, please kindly take note that the completion of the online assessments is compulsory for a valid application and that no reminder will be sent to you. It is possible to take the assessment on all supports (Mobile, iPad, PC) and in 12 languages so be mindful to select your mother tongue to feel at ease. As we want to provide you with an enriching experience, you will receive a synthesis of your assessment as soon as you have completed it!
And what’s next? Applications will remain open until mid April 2026. Should you be selected for Round 1, you will then be notified late April and no later than May 4th 2026. The interview process will involve up to 4 rounds and it will be a mix of remote and onsite sessions (HR online interview, sessions with our Managers and Traders including a case study and an assessment with our senior leaders). An onsite day for the final shortlisted candidates will take place in our Geneva office on June 12th. Please ensure your availability on this date. More details will be provided in due course!
