They determine clients' business needs, create customized and integrated solutions, leveraging the latest technological evolvements. bHow you can make an impact /bAs a Senior Manager/Director in Finance Transformation, you will: liSpearhead ERP/EPM-enabled finance transformation initiatives, including ERP/EPM assessment / Phase 0, also leveraging leading platforms to optimise financial processes and reporting. /liliLead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects focused on the future of finance, including the design and implementation of Finance Strategy and Target Operating Models definition and implementation of performance steering models. /liliDrive Day 1 readiness activities post-integration to ensure seamless finance operations and compliance from day one following mergers or acquisitions. /liliCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams and technology partners to integrate advanced finance solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. /liliAdvise clients on finance strategy, process optimisation, and technology adoption to enhance decision-making, performance management, and value creation. /liliDrive business development activities with the team /libWho we are looking for /bliYou hold a university degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field. /liliYou bring at least 10 years of experience in Finance Strategy, transformation, or consulting, ideally with exposure to ERP/EPM-enabled finance projects, strategy design, Target Operating Model design and integration readiness. /liliExperience in consulting gained within a Big Four firm or a leading consulting market player is required. /liliYou have a strong understanding of finance processes including controlling, consolidation, planning and reporting. /liliYou possess excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills. /liliYou are fluent in English, fluent in German or French with a willingness to travel within Switzerland and internationally. /liliExperience working with leading ERP and finance technology platforms is highly desirable. /libYour team /bOur Finance Transformation team at Deloitte helps clients navigate complex finance challenges and unlock new performance levels through innovative operating models and technology-enabled solutions.
