Position Summary
As a Global Head of eB2B, RTM and Sales Operations, you will be responsible for driving the transformation of Nestlé's Route to Market (RTM) by implementing digitalization through eB2B and supporting the development of Market RTM strategy. You will also enhance Sales Operations globally by sharing Best Practices and Toolkits, playing a critical role in revenue growth, operational efficiency, coverage, and execution.
A Day in the Life of a Global Head of eB2B, RTM and Sales Operations
* Develop and update content for markets to support RTM fundamentals, including playbooks and Distributor Academy.
* Communicate and share Best Practices, potentially utilizing outside services.
* Lead the global transformation of fragmented trade and independent OOH to digitalize, targeting a potential 28 billion NNS (Net Net Sales) across all zones and markets.
* Develop strategic partnerships with eB2B suppliers, including negotiation and agreement management.
* Collaborate with markets and the global eCommerce team to create a presence across Retail Led online wholesalers and Tech Led Marketplaces in the B2B space.
* Lead the digitalization of Sales Operations, developing data-led solutions for improved effectiveness and efficiency.
* Develop cost-effective solutions such as Sales Recommendation Engines and Automated Route Planning.
* Lead communication strategy across the group to support and engage the above streams.
What Will Make You Successful
* Mastery of business functions such as Route to Market, Field Sales, Distributor Management, Customer Management, and Traditional Trade.
* Successfully delivered on KPIs, especially top and bottom-line business results in different trade environments, above market and multiple markets.
* Experience managing a Sales Force and Distributors.
* Experience in deploying and managing eB2B platforms is a plus.
* Understanding of Advanced Analytics.
* Digital sales experience and Ecommerce knowledge.
* Demonstrated success in demanding leadership roles.
* Project management and capability building experience.
* Strong strategic thinking.
* Professional proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
