Position
Part of the HR Department, this role is varied and requires autonomy and ability to work with little supervision:
* Manage the A-Z of the employee life cycle,
* be the point of contact for the line managers and employees,
* work closely with the HR Business Partners and support them in the implementation of the HR strategy
* process optimisation
Profile
* 3-5 years experience in a similar position
* French mother tongue, fluent English
* Holder of a Certificate or Brevet in Human Resources
* Good IT skills, knowledge of Success factors a plus
* Well organised, able to manage deadlines and priorities
* Very customer focused, positive personality
