YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Member of PB Compliance team acting as dedicated centre of competence and compliance contact for Region Americas & Iberia
2. Perform client onboarding reviews, including assessment of KYC, client storyline, flow of funds, CDB topics, as well event triggered KYC reviews
3. Support relationship managers and management in the implementation and supervision of Compliance issues
4. Conduct internal investigations in cooperation with other specialist departments and Business Management
5. Follow up on outstanding onboarding issues | escalations
6. Identify and investigate serious cases of non-compliance
7. Provide training and training materials in connection with compliance topics
8. Support internal compliance projects
9. Recommend, develop, and implement solutions to support continuous improvement of our processes, procedures, and services
YOUR PROFILE
10. Master’s degree in law | business administration, postgraduate studies in Compliance Management or equivalent
11. 3 – 5 years of experience in the client onboarding of an international Private Bank or in audit
12. Knowledge of the Swiss regulatory environment – most critically on the AML regulation – and client documentation standards
13. Sound knowledge of the Region Americas & Iberia
14. Fluent in English and Portuguese and | or Spanish (spoken and written), knowledge of further languages is an advantage
15. Strong personality with good organizational and operational skills and proven ability to work under pressure
16. Excellent communication skills
17. Proficient in writing concise assessments
18. Strong sense of integrity and discretion
19. Independent, efficient and meticulous work method
20. Solution oriented
21. Good knowledge of MS Office and IT flair
