Social Media Coordinator 100%

Your mission:
* Develop and manage monthly social media plans and campaigns
* Create and publish engaging and diverse content across our social media channels
* Develop and implement a community management strategy to drive engagement and grow our online community
* Respond to social media messages, inquiries and comments
* Support social media copywriting and content creation
* Monitor, analyse and report on social media performance across various platforms
* Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices
* Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Sales teams
* Attend partner events and create live social media coverage
Your skills:
* Completed apprenticeship, higher technical school or university degree in digital marketing or a related field
* Initial professional experience in social media, digital marketing or a similar environment
* Excellent knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and TikTok
* Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
* Highly motivated, flexible, organised, creative and proactive personality
* Native speaker of German, English or French with very good knowledge of one additional language
* Strong identification with the NORQAINER spirit: adventure, outdoor sports, independence and a dynamic lifestyle
You are passionate about the watch industry and social media, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and love bringing fresh ideas to life. You are an open-minded, communicative team player who actively connects with others and thrives in a collaborative atmosphere.
