Head of Global Supply Chain Management 80-100% (f/m/d) We are looking for a senior leader to define, implement, and optimize the global end to end supply chain strategy across the Systems and Services Divisions as Head of Global Supply Chain Management 80-100% (f/m/d) Your daily contribution: Drive the global end‑to‑end SCM strategy for Systems and Services divisions. Lead Category Management, Supplier Quality & Development, Trade Compliance, and ESG & SC Risk Management. Build a competitive, resilient global supplier base and long‑term partnerships. Ensure global compliance with export controls, customs, and trade regulations. Standardize global SCM processes, tools, KPIs, and enable digital transformation. Steer Make‑or‑Buy decisions and global sourcing/capacity strategies. Lead cost‑out initiatives through VE, TCO optimization, and alternative sourcing. Oversee supplier qualification, capability management, and technical development. Ensure strong S&OP alignment, inventory optimization, and supply risk mitigation. Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Product Management, and Finance. Contribute SCM leadership to NPI, localization, and industrialization projects. Lead and develop a high‑performing global SCM team and foster continuous improvement.
