Responsibilities
* Handling and processing 1st and 2nd level support requests
* Maintaining, monitoring, and troubleshooting network infrastructures
* Occasional on-site visits for commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
* Supporting internal IT, including client management
* Documentation
Qualifications
* Technical basic education (e.g., IT specialist) or related IT affinity
* Experience in service desk and support request handling
* Good knowledge of protocols and standards in switching and routing
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
* Basic knowledge of Windows and Linux server infrastructures is desirable
* Fluent in German and technical English
