We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer (f/m/d) to serve as the primary quality expert for one of our production lines. In this role, you will take the lead in major quality cases, coordinating and monitoring the progress of containment measures. You will be responsible for performing and maintaining the PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) for the relevant production line, ensuring it is up to date. This includes reviewing risks at least twice a year and after each major quality case, and sharing your findings within the operations quality engineer community.

Serve as the dedicated quality specialist for one production line
Take the lead in major quality cases, coordinating and monitoring the progress of containment
Perform and keep the PFMEA for the relevant production line up to date
Review risks at least twice a year and after each major quality case and share findings within the operation quality engineer community
Monitor KPI for resolution time for quality cases on the production line
Analyze Quality Notifications (QN) per production line, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and implement "Just Do It" corrective actions
Measure the performance of sustainable solutions per production line
Your background
Degree in electrical engineering or a similar technical education
Min. 5 years experience in quality management within a production environment
Strong knowledge of PFMEA, Root Cause Analysis, and quality improvement methodologies
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with various stakeholders
Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards
Fluent in English and very good knowledge in German
