Overview
We are a fast-growing company operating in the environmental commodities sector (EUA, RECs, and related products). As we continue to expand, we are looking for an experienced HR Manager who will drive recruitment, enforce company policies, and establish performance management systems to support both our people and our business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, with a strong focus on sales roles in environmental commodities trading. Define job profiles in collaboration with management and ensure the best talent acquisition strategy.
* Employee Relations & Compliance: Ensure employees follow company policies and maintain professional standards. Manage disciplinary processes and mediate conflicts when necessary. Foster a professional and accountable workplace culture.
* Performance Management & Development: Design and implement performance evaluation systems (KPIs, targets). Conduct regular performance reviews to monitor productivity and identify development needs. Propose training and career growth initiatives to improve employee efficiency and retention.
* Strategic HR Partnering: Act as a trusted partner to the leadership team. Align HR strategies with business objectives to support long-term growth.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.
* 5+ years of experience in HR roles, ideally within sales-driven or trading companies.
* Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
* Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution skills.
* Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work with KPIs and numbers.
* Fluency in English; Italian is a strong plus.
