To learn more about our story and company culture, visit us at https://bridgebio.com What You'll Do The Senior Director, Commercial Excellence, International will report to the VP, Head of Commercial Operations, International. This individual will lead SFE, CRM, digital, analytics, account management, training workstreams to support strategic business decisions and organizational success across the BridgeBio portfolio). Also, the candidate will be responsible to lead the launch excellence process for the regional entity as well as the affiliates building up for launch. The candidate understands that information and data are key business assets and will lead the generation, integration and interpretation of data and analytics in order to deliver optimal business performance, continuous improvement and operational excellence. Responsibilities Commercial excellence Design and optimize go-to-market models, field deployment, and territory strategy Lead sales excellence projects in-line with commercial strategy Drive omnichannel engagement strategy and initiatives and execution standards Own performance governance, sales force KPIs, and sales incentive design Lead commercial transformation initiatives and adoption of new ways of working Act as strategic partner to International GMs and Regional Heads Ensure commercial processes comply with regional/local regulations Develop and deliver Sales Excellence framework including customer-centric performance KPIs Own the Sales Incentive plan and associated process Launch Excellence Build and institutionalize a scalable launch excellence framework across International Lead regional launch readiness and cross-functional orchestration (regionally & affiliates) Track launch readiness and drive rapid optimization Data, Analytics & Commercial Infrastructure Own regional CRM (Veeva) strategy, deployment and evolution Lead development of data warehouse and MDM (Reltio) to enable advanced analytics Ensure and build optimal data infrastructure and analytical tools to support commercial execution Set-up commercial reporting, dashboards and planning tools Embed predictive insights into targeting, segmentation, and resource allocation Ensure robust data governance and compliance standards Capability & Organizational Excellence Define and implement sales capability strategy and training roadmap to support sales force onboarding Build commercial excellence standards and best practice sharing across markets Develop high-performing commercial operations community across the region The above job description documents the general nature and level of work but is not intended to be an exhaustive list of activities, duties, and responsibilities required of job incumbents. The candidate should be based in Switzerland. No relocation is offered Travel (20-30%) may be required to represent the company at medical conferences, presentations, and other meetings Who You Are BA or BS; MBA or advanced degree preferred 10-12years of experience in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry, including 5 years in a Commercial excellence/ SFE in regional roles (Preferably EMEA) A demonstrated ability to recruit and develop talented individuals Skilled at clearly communicating the insight as well as the implications and recommendations distilled from the analysis Ability to work in a fast-moving, dynamic, and evolving environment Strong project management skills—the ability to plan, organize and execute multiple projects efficiently, on time, and within budget Intellectually curious, seeks and evaluates innovative approaches Experience in the rare disease space preferred Specialty product launch experience in the EMEA and beyond; rare disease therapeutic launch highly preferred Ability to lead by example, build partnerships and cross-functional collaborations with open communication, constructive feedback, and organizational flexibility Rewarding Those Who Make the Mission Possible We have high expectations for our team members.
