Senior Change Management Expert – Pharma,
vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.
Your Tasks
* Lead design and delivery of change management for priority AI initiatives with structured, people-centred change plans
* Co-create change objectives and outcomes for priority AI use cases aligned to organizational expectations
* Develop stakeholder engagement plans and coach leaders to communicate AI and Data Strategy case for change
* Conduct change impact and readiness assessments with selected teams and document risks and mitigation actions
* Design targeted capability-building workshops and provide practical adoption artifacts
* Monitor adoption metrics and recommend targeted interventions to drive behaviour change
Your Experience/knowledge
* University degree in Organizational Change, Business, Communications, Psychology or related discipline
* Significant experience leading change management for complex technology, data or AI transformations in large organizations
* Proven track record working with AI strategies and data-platform roll-outs, ideally in R&D environments
* Advanced degree or formal change-management training/certification (e.g. Prosci, ACMP) preferred
* Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint and basic data analytics tools
* Language skills: English
