Store Manager Opportunity
About the Role
* As Store Manager, your core responsibilities will include: achieving sales and profit targets, delivering excellent customer service, managing store operations, ensuring proper merchandising, and leading your team through recruiting, training, and development.
* You will also receive full training for ear piercing.

Qualifications - About You
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* 1 to 2 years retail management experience.
* Excellent communication, organizational skills, and basic computer proficiency.
* Strong understanding of mathematics, sales analysis, and customer service importance.
* Physical ability to stand, maneuver up to 25 lbs regularly, and operate POS systems.
