As the key point of contact for B2B clients, youll help them grow, unlock new opportunities, and shape long-term success while growing your own career in an international environment.
What Youll Do
* Manage your own portfolio of B2B clients
* Conduct cold calls & upsell additional services
* Build strong relationships with decision-makers
* Provide insight-driven recommendations & tailored solutions
* Partner with internal teams to deliver outstanding experiences
* Exceed sales, retention & upselling targets
What You Bring
* C1+ level of german
* Experience in B2B sales, cold calling, and upselling
* A consultative, client-focused communication style
* CRM familiarity (Salesforce, HubSpot welcome)
* Strong English (B2+); other languages = bonus
* A results-driven mindset with proven success
* Excellent time management & problem-solving skills
