Provide fundamental support to the Team Heads / Relationship Managers (RMs) and Investment Managers (IMs) to assist in the day-to-day business activities, including client servicing and operational support.
Act as the primary point of contact for RMs and clients for all operational requests by liaising with key stakeholders such as the Booking Centre (Cross Border, Client Lifecycle Management, Business Management, Middle Office, COO, and infrastructure).
Responsible for timely action on requests and issue resolution to meet client and RM requirements.
Responsibilities
* Handle and respond to RM and client requests and resolve issues to meet client requirements.
* Assist in preparing comprehensive documentation and obtaining client signatures for onboarding.
* Prepare and assist with reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and deadlines.
* Develop and maintain an understanding of the regulatory framework and bank policies to ensure smooth operations.
* Ensure business continuity by backing up responsibilities during the absence of other support staff.
Skills
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
* Fluency in English (written and verbal) and Arabic is a plus.
* Minimum five years of experience in wealth management as an assistant or in a sales support role.
* Able to manage time and multitask; highly organized and numerate.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and consulting skills.
* Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to work in virtual global teams and a matrix organization.
