Responsibilities
* Lead the design and end-to-end architecture of scalable Guidewire solutions (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) across complex insurance transformation programs.
* Translate business requirements into robust, modular, and future‑ready technical architectures that integrate seamlessly with enterprise systems.
* Partner with cross‑functional teams—business, development, infrastructure, and operations to ensure architectural alignment and delivery excellence.
* Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, setting standards for code quality, integration, and performance optimization.
* Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to leverage emerging technologies (Cloud, APIs, AI) to enhance Guidewire implementations and business value.
Qualifications
* You hold a university degree with a strong academic record and have ideally gained first work experience in insurance or while working with a major consulting firm.
* Experienced in IT architecture and development on Guidewire modules, incl. PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
* Proven track record in leading large‑scale Guidewire implementations, ideally in multi‑system, cloud or hybrid environments.
* Strong understanding of insurance business processes and data models, with the ability to bridge business and technology perspectives.
* Skilled in integration patterns, API management, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical direction and build trust across teams.
