Manpower We are looking for a Senior HR Mobility and Service Delivery Specialist (M/F) for our client specializing in the chemical industry. Key Responsibilities - Execute all monthly payroll tasks in SAP, including data entry, calculations, pre- and post-payroll audits, DTA, reporting, and system interfaces. - Collaborate with the external HR shared service center by handling routine service delivery tasks and requests - Maintain working time records and answer straightforward questions related to time reporting - Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding remuneration, taxation, and child benefits. - Maintain and update employee profiles in SuccessFactors. - Provide accurate reporting and compliance on social insurance and tax matters. - Support annual HR processes such as budgeting, performance appraisals, and salary reviews. - Contribute to various HR projects and initiatives. Profile - Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar payroll role. - Strong expertise in SAP HR and SAP Payroll; knowledge of SuccessFactors is an advantage. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and Word. - Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong interpersonal relationships. - Detail-oriented with a strong service mindset. - Proactive, with a continuous improvement approach. - Highly organized, flexible, and collaborative team player. - Fluent in English and French; German is a plus. - Previous experience in accounting, audit, mobility, or compensation and benefits is an asset.
