We are currently supporting one of our clients in their search for a Project Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Program Lead, PD Support, and Program Project Managers.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, project-driven environment.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
General administrative support to Program Lead, PD Support, and Program Project Managers
Establish and manage Microsoft Teams and SharePoint environments for the Program and all related Projects/Groups
Action and task management: transfer and maintain action items in electronic tools (e.g., ToDo or equivalent)
Planning and organization of Steering Committee meetings, key meetings, and team meetings
Program and Project Office management
Maintenance and updates of the Obeya room (schedule prints, action lists, organizational charts, risk tables, etc.)
Manage electronic Obeya (if applicable) and Team Assurance activities
Support contingent worker management for the Program and related projects
Provide administrative support for Program procurement activities as required
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
Fluent in English and German (mandatory)
Ability to work onsite in Bern 4 days per week (mandatory)
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint
