What is the role about?
You will play a key role in ensuring the availability of materials across our global production plants in Switzerland, France, China, India, the USA, and Brazil. Your work will directly support the smooth operation of our international supply chain and contribute to the success of our global manufacturing network.
What tasks will you take on
* Ensure the needs-based supply of materials to our plants worldwide
* Execute order processing while considering stock levels, delivery times, and production schedules
* Monitor delivery dates, backlogs, and potential bottlenecks
* Collaborate closely with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams (e.g. production, purchasing, quality)
* Support supply chain optimization through lean and continuous improvement projects
What do we expect from you?
* A degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management, or a comparable qualification
* Initial professional experience in scheduling, purchasing, or supply chain is a plus
* Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
* Confident use of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and MS Excel
* Excellent communication skills in German and English
