Key Performance Coordinator
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketplace Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end catalogue onboarding and maintenance process for various digital marketplaces.
The role involves overseeing sample and imagery flows as well as identifying optimisation opportunities. You will work closely with internal and external partners, building strong business relationships to get Napapijri products available to sell on external platforms in timely manner.
The Key Performance Coordinator will achieve this by:
* Holistically managing the assortments onboarding process throughout the entire lifecycle of products (onboarding, offboarding, seasonal retagging, etc.)
* Overseeing the sample and imagery process for digital accounts across both concession and wholesale models
* Optimising the assortments visibility across different marketplace platforms
* Building strong and close collaboration with all relevant counterparts/stakeholders within the organisation as well as external stakeholders to enable a fast and smooth product onboarding flow to maximise the inventory window
* Improving existing processes, tools, reporting and implementing new ones in support of the day-to-day business
The ideal candidate should be comfortable prioritising their own workload, detail-oriented, and have a passion for optimisation, with an analytical and commercial mindset, great attention to detail. Strong MS Office proficiency (especially MS Excel), familiarity with BI systems is a plus.
