Job Description
As a member of the equity research team, you will take part in our day-to-dayequity research operations, which include among other things:
* Assisting in the Deep Research Fund’s stock market screening process
* Researching, analyzing and valuing companies in search of new investments
* Preparing the risk profile of individual companies
* Interviewing executives and experts to gain industry insights and learn about company strategy
* Analyzing companies’ sustainability concerns and issues
* Monitoring and keeping in touch with companies of the Deep Research Fund

You will be joining the Equity Research Team (ERT) – a group of dedicated,passionate, long-term value investors. As a junior analyst, you will support ourresearch efforts throughout the entire process from initial screening to thecompletion of in-depth research reports. Travel may be part of your role, including attending capital market days, visitingcompanies, or participating in industry events such as the Consumer ElectronicsShow. Qualifications
* A passion for investigative, journalist-style research into company operations and business models.
* Detective-like attention to detail as you uncover insights hidden in annual report footnotes.
* Relevant investment education or experience, such as a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance or Accounting, or credentials like CFA, CPA, CAIA, or MBA.
* We also welcome applicants from diverse academic backgrounds who can demonstrate a clear commitment to becoming a value investor.
* Proficiency in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
