We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Brand Manager to lead and shape the growth of our brand across all channels.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and develop Gisada’s existing fragrance portfolio, ensuring the long-term growth and performance of key products and best-sellers
* Define and execute brand strategies and annual brand plans to strengthen Gisada’s market position and visibility
* Plan and implement brand activations, campaigns, and initiatives to support both novelties and the core portfolio
* Work closely with the commercial and sales teams to develop impactful retail activities and animations that drive sell-out
* Support product launches with strong marketing concepts and coordinated execution across markets and channels
* Collaborate with the creative, social media, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all touchpoints
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and optimizationManage relationships with external partners, agencies, and influencers where relevant
* Track campaign and product performance, providing actionable insights to optimize marketing and brand activities
* Contribute to building long-term brand equity and strengthening global brand awareness
Your Profile
* Proven experience as a Brand Manager, Marketing Manager, or similar role, ideally in beauty or luxury
* Strong understanding of brand strategy, marketing principles, and consumer behavior
* Excellent project management and leadership skills
* Creative mindset with a strategic and analytical approach
* Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
* Confident in English; German or other languages are a plus
* Passion for beauty, fragrance, and lifestyle brands
