AI Program Manager

We are looking to strengthen our AI delivery capabilities and are seeking an AI Program Manager to join our team. The role is focused on driving the execution of AI and machine learning initiatives by bringing structure, alignment, and predictability across multiple teams. The AI Program Manager works closely with internal teams of Product Managers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Consultants, as well as with clients’ project teams, to ensure successful and consistent delivery of AI solutions.
Responsibilities
* Facilitating Agile ceremonies for AI and ML engineering teams
* Coordinating planning activities across Product, Data Science, ML Engineering, UX, and Architecture
* Managing dependencies, risks, and priorities across multiple workstreams
* Maintaining program governance artifacts (schedules, RAID logs, decision records, documentation)
* Tracking progress across AI initiatives, including model development, training, and evaluation
* Supporting alignment across teams and coordinating client-related activities
* Preparing regular delivery reports using tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, or similar
* Working closely and collaboratively with the project team
Qualifications
* Experience in supporting software, SaaS, or AI/ML delivery programs in an Agile environment.
* Proven experience coordinating AI-enabled product development, including data pipelines, model training workflows, feature engineering, or ML deployment cycles.
* Strong ability to manage inter-team dependencies and align work across Product, ML Engineering, Data Science, and Cloud Engineering teams.
* Experience maintaining program schedules, RAID logs, delivery documentation, and governance artifacts across multiple PODs or workstreams.
* Proficiency with tools such as Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, and Confluence, including structured reporting and dashboard creation.
* Familiarity with AI delivery concepts including data governance, model lifecycle stages, technical risks, and responsible AI considerations.
