HorizonSud is an institution specialised in the field of mental disability. It offers socio-educational and socio-professional services within apartments, residences and workshops located on several sites in the south of the canton of Fribourg.
As part of the replacement of our current holder, we wish to continue the development of our catering activities and strengthen the quality of our culinary services.
To support this dynamic and actively contribute to the evolution of our hospitality concept, we are looking for a
Kitchen Manager
Your profile:
* Holder of a Federal Cook's Certificate
* Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Head Chef position
* Experience in institutional or community catering
* Natural leadership and excellent team management skills
* Committed to our support mission
* Good knowledge of dietetics and nutrition
* Experience in cold chain production
* Proven IT skills and open to new technologies
* Category B driving licence
