What awaits you?
- Client Relationship Management: Managing a client portfolio: coordinating all requests, organising meetings (e.g. reviews, board meetings, general assemblies, events) and their projects;
- Product Management: Participating in the structuring and management of the lifecycle of clients’ investment funds, and handling all their questions and requests;
- Project Management: Managing integration and launch projects of Swiss law investment funds according to client requirements, as well as monitoring all ongoing client projects;
- Business Development: Commercial development, client acquisition, preparation of service offers, follow-up of potential clients, prospects and intermediaries;
- Representation: representing Solutions & Funds by participating in events organised by clients, trade fairs, specialised presentations and working groups, especially within associations of which Solutions & Funds is a member (e.g. SECA, COPTIS, AMAS).
What do you bring?
- At least 5 years of relevant experience for the position in client relationship management and fund structuring;
- Experience in project management;
- Good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness;
- Structured working method;
- Education in economics/finance or law;
- Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint;
- Experience in managing website content and social media would be an asset;
- German or French as well as knowledge of the other language and English.
