Responsibilities
 1. Coordinate, manage and monitor the mechanical/fluidics development backlog and make sure that the priorities and tasks are well understood in the team and aligned with connected squads ( infrastructure, measurement technology, sensor mounting, and more)
 2. Accountable for maximizing the value of the mechanical/fluidics product development activities resulting from the work of the team (internally and externally). Arises and enables tasks to be actively pursued
 3. Ownership in all phases of the development process from feasibility studies through design, development, testing and bug fixing, design transfer and maintenance
 4. Functional Squad Representative in responsible project team. The product owner collaborates closely with the DL (Development Lead) to incorporate the development activities in the technical roadmap
 5. Product Strategy: The mechanical/fluidics product owner supports and implements a long-term technical roadmap that aligns with the overall project and company strategy
 6. Developing and communicating the goals: The mechanical/fluidics product owner sets clear goals for what the squad should achieve and communicates them to the team
 7. Cross-Functional Collaboration: The mechanical/fluidics product owner has system awareness by interpersonal intelligence and works closely with functional squads and teams across the company, such as operations, system integration and product mgmt. with the goal to design an optimal product in quality, robustness, cost effectiveness and compliance
 8. Foster and ensure cross-team technical work practices and standards
 9. Recognized expert across organizational boundaries, driving solutions for complex technical challenges
 10. Representation of specific know-how and subject matter expertise to internal or external stakeholders
Profile
 11. Min. Bachelors Degree in an engineering or life sciences related discipline
 12. Relevant industry experience in a highly regulated environment, experience in MedTech is a plus 
 13. Product Owner with several years of experience in a R&D leading function for new product development
 14. Experience as a collaborative leader who promotes and enables the self-organization of the team in regulated environments
 15. Demonstrated ability to work independently to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
 16. Broad experience and network, to manage and evaluate external partners
 17. Demonstrated success working in multidisciplinary teams and regulated environments
 18. Ready to work in a fully agile and transparent environment
 19. The project language is English, listening and reading comprehension in German is a plus
 20. Willingness to occasional travels
