Our legal service is looking for a legal and litigation manager at 80%. Your responsibilities: Handle reminders and formal notices; Control and monitor deadlines; Manage litigation procedures; Establish payment arrangements; Handle lease notices; Prepare litigation reports for owners; Draft various letters; Set up and monitor projects related to the service; Follow bankruptcy and succession procedures; Draft and process requests to the lease and rental jurisdiction for non-payment, etc.; Represent owners at hearings; Participate in seminars. Skills: Proven experience in a similar position in Switzerland; Good knowledge of real estate and Swiss lease law; Mastery of tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the Quorum software; Excellent spelling in French, good writing skills; Knowledge of another language is a plus; Sense of teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
