Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager 100% (French Speaking)
Location: Neuchatel, Switzerland (on-site: 2 days Home Office)
Period: 7 months

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tech Transfer Project Manager to lead a complex, international pharmaceutical technology transfer program. This role serves as the primary interface between global process owners, the sending manufacturing site, and the local project management team at the receiving site.
The successful candidate will ensure effective execution, alignment, and delivery of the tech transfer according to the agreed strategy, timelines, and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Act as the Tech Transfer Project Manager and single point of contact across global and local stakeholders
* Lead cross‑functional, multi‑site teams of technical experts
* Coordinate closely with Sending Unit teams, global functions, and local project management
* Define resource requirements and align allocation with global and local sponsors
* Develop and maintain detailed activity plans, milestones, and KPIs
* Support the development and execution of the integrated project schedule
* Track, document, and manage changes to the endorsed tech transfer strategy
* Organize and support hands‑on activities at the Receiving Unit to ensure operational readiness
* Facilitate regular technical and project review meetings with all stakeholders
* Establish and maintain the project risk register, including mitigation strategies
* Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, and Network Strategy teams
* Report project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans to senior leadership (Director/VP level)
Education & Experience
* BSc or MSc in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline
* Proven experience managing large, international projects or programs
* Demonstrated expertise in CMC / Tech Transfer, preferably in large molecules
* Experience working with external partners and global manufacturing networks
* Fluency in English and French required; Portuguese is an advantage

* Strong leadership in complex, matrixed global environments
* Proven ability to drive alignment and execution across functions and geographies
* Excellent stakeholder management and escalation skills
* Strong command of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet)
* Project management certification preferred
* Clear, concise communicator capable of translating technical complexity
* Culturally open, adaptable, and effective in international settings
* Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to anticipate risks and delays
* Willingness to travel internationally (e.g., Brazil, US, Europe)
