Selection 4.0, a technological‑driven Search & Selection Company based in Switzerland, specializing in headhunting Middle‑Top Management Candidates worldwide is looking for an:for a multinational client, a leading company in the manufacturing sector.MissionReporting to the Group Sales Director ensures both the management and development of the business in assigned area for the entire product portfolio, including the achievement of all commercial targets, in accordance with the company’s strategy.Main responsibilitiesResponsible for the management of the relationship between company and customers, in order to get competitive advantages for the company;Develops and executes strategies to meet sales targets and maximises sales revenues in allocated areas / allocated accounts;Plans, budgets and participates at fairs, conferences or alike related to defined Target Markets;Reduces commercial and technical contractual risks by developing solutions with internal stakeholders adhering the different processes and approval steps;Monitors, evaluates, and supports the performance of sales representatives/agents;Prepares accurate and comprehensive quotations inline with the agreed timescales;Follows the order fulfilment process jointly with the Project Manager having at any time a clear project overview and situation related to contractual terms and conditions;Recognizes and implements the most commercially viable solutions for accounts;Develops a thorough knowledge of the business and culture of clients within a sector and use this to develop relationships and opportunities.Knowledge and experienceSTEM degree required; MBA considered a plus.At least 10 years’ experience at multinational manufacturing companies;History of working effectively with clients and delivering quantifiable excellence;Good knowledge of the market.Main competencesAbility to communicate effectively;Leadership and energy;Building effective consensus based on relationships;Decision making and problem‑solving skills;Goal oriented, results‑driven;Fluency in English and Italian;Integrity and professional ethics.OfferVery competitive base salary and bonus;Company car, laptop and smartphone.Place of work: Tessin or Northern Italy (hybrid)
