As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for bringing Vita Industrial’s solutions to market by owning the entire sales process from the early prospecting stage to generate leads, all the way through to deal closure. Once a deal is closed you will continue to maintain relationships with your accounts to secure expansion business in the assigned territory.Location: USA (close proximity to a major airport is a must)Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesUnderstand our customers, industry, and how they relate to our productsTravel throughout an assigned territory to secure business with new and existing customersParticipate in networking events, attend trade shows, and develop long-term relationships with contactsGenerate your own leads for new opportunities and follow-up on inbound leadsTake ownership of the sales process including introduction presentations, product demos, proposal generation and follow up presentations, negotiations, and closing dealsBuild relationships with key decision-makers and ultimately closing deals to acquire new customersMaintain solid working relationships with customers by ensuring that their needs are metStay updated on industry trends, competitor landscape, and new product developmentsEnsure that brand awareness within an assigned territory meets company expectationsTrack sales goals and report results as appropriate in CRM systemOther duties as assignedTravel % = 50-75% depending on candidate locationRequirementsEducation & ExperienceBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) from college or university and 5 years’ Sales experience; or equivalent combination of education and experiencePrior experience working within or selling to large contractors in the construction industry, understanding project lifecycles, key stakeholders, and common challengesProven track record of successful sales performance, including lead generation, qualification, negotiation, and closing dealsAbility to build rapport and trust with clients at various levels within an organizationPrior experience in an Outside Sales or Field Sales roleSalesForce CRM experience is a plusSkillsExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenExceptional networking and customer service skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced growth environmentHave an entrepreneurial spiritExcellent organizational skills with a high degree of collaboration at all levelsComputer SkillsProficient in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)CompensationIn compliance with Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the compensation for this role is $62,000 – 100,000 per year, plus sales commission, however, Vita Inclinata Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, education/training, and key skills.Vita Inclinata Technologies is an equal opportunity employer that values workplace diversity.
