Talent Acquisition Associate (3-6 Month Contract)

Join SOPHiA GENETICS Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition Associate for a 3-6 month contract to support an ongoing volume of hiring, and enable us to make a positive impact on the outcomes for cancer and rare disease patients worldwide. Our hybrid work schedule offers 2 days per week home working, collaborating closely with colleagues in our Rolle, CH corporate office.

You will have direct input to our mission to democratize data-driven medicine for the ultimate benefit of cancer and rare disease patients across the globe.
Your Mission: As part of our global talent acquisition team, you will manage full-cycle recruiting and hiring. You will predominantly support hires within our Swiss HQ, but may also support hires in our French offices and field teams across Europe and APAC. Business units you will likely support include Software Development & Engineering, Data Science, Genomic Research, Supply Chain and other Business & Administration functions.
What you will achieve:
* You will have full responsibility for the end-to-end hiring journey, including hiring manager relationships, candidate sourcing and engagement and recruiting administration.
* Be supported and enabled to manage 10-15 hires at any period, through varying stages in their lifecycle.
* Driving positive hiring outcomes, including direct sourcing channels, improving engagement and decreasing time to hire
* While delivering against hires, you will be mindful of core value-add activities, including Candidate Experience, Manager Satisfaction, EVP and Brand
Requirements
* 1-4 years experience in talent acquisition and recruiting
* This role is best suited for someone with in-house experience; agency-only backgrounds transitioning in-house may be less likely to fit
* Direct experience with technical hires including Software Engineer and Software Development or Data Science. Alternatively broad recruiting experience for another Scientific, Diagnostic or Software organisation would be valuable.
* You will have previous experience owning hires and recruitment processes and be comfortable managing a volume of REQs (+10)
* Full English Fluency (Spoken and Written) is required. French fluency is valuable.
