Join us and help run what runs the world. /p p bThis position reports to: /b /pGlobal Project Execution Manager p __ /ppbYour role and responsibilities /b /p pDesign authority for engineering disciplines related to complete assignments to support local units on tenders, projects or portions projects in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. /ppIn this role, you will have the opportunity to bcontribute our global engineering function /b, providing technical support across Engineering Units within Sales and Solutions Global Solutions Centers. /p pYou will be the focal design authority for engineering disciplines related to complete assignments with the aim to support local units on tenders, projects or portions of projects in accordance with contract specifications, quality standards and safety requirements. /p pThe work model for the role is: #bhybrid, #Li-Hybrid /b /ppbPosition location: EMEA /b /p pThis role is contributing to the Electrification Distribution Solutions Business Division. /p pYou will be mainly accountable for: /pulliProvides technical support for design activities, preparation of technical documentation, testing, installation, and commissioning procedures. /liliSupports local units in the preparation of tender and project documentation within the assigned scope of work. /liliActively participates in project and tendering meetings, resolving technical issues to ensure contractual obligations are met. /liliAssists in the preparation of engineering project proposals, presentations, and planning activities. /liliPerforms design verification using applicable standards, engineering guidelines, and checklists while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements. /liliShares best practices and Lessons Learned documentation across projects and disciplines, while identifying process and tool improvement opportunities. /liliSupports technical risk assessments and reports contract, safety, quality, schedule, or cost-related issues to Project Manager(s) for resolution. /liliCollaborates with Supply Chain, factories, and local units to ensure technical solutions are properly manufactured, staged, tested, installed, and commissioned. /liliSupports updates of engineering deliverables after installation and commissioning and shares lessons learned within the global team for future implementation. /li /ul pbQualifications for the role /b /pulliYou are highly skilled in MV/LV systems, Protection Control, Automation, Auxiliary Systems, eHouse and mobile solutions, with strong understanding of the EPC engineering environment and switchgear engineering processes. /liliYou have established experience in Data Center applications, particularly within Hyperscale and Colocation environments. /liliPossess enhanced knowledge of commissioning activities and quality procedures related to FAT and SAT processes. /liliYou are passionate about effective communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration across regions and organizational levels. /liliHave demonstrated experience working with engineering projects involving power distribution, automation systems, and switchgear solutions. /li /ul p Building a cleaner, smarter future takes all kinds of minds: the curious, the courageous, and the creative.
