Role Description:
The Business Analyst plays a key role in analyzing business processes, financial data, and market trends to provide insights that support strategic decision-making and operational improvements within the financial sector. This position acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that financial systems, solutions, and projects align with business goals, regulatory requirements, and market developments. Qualifications:

* 3–5 years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or consulting within the financial services industry.
* Strong understanding of financial statements, corporate finance principles, and market dynamics.
* Experience with financial modeling, business intelligence tools, or data visualization (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SQL or data query tools.
* Experience working with banking systems, trading platforms, or ERP solutions is an advantage.
* Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, MiFID II) is a plus.
