Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals, challenges, and key priorities. Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
* Support the full talent lifecycle, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management. Develop and implement strategies for employee onboarding, development, and career growth.
* Resolve employee concerns, manage conflict, and lead initiatives to improve employee engagement, creating a positive and productive work environment.
* Advise on compensation structures and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness within the market and alignment with company goals.
* Lead or assist with organizational change efforts by coaching managers through transitions and ensuring effective communication of changes to employees.
* Identify training needs and collaborate on the creation and delivery of learning programs designed to enhance employee skills and competencies.
* Evaluate the impact of HR initiatives across the organization using HR metrics and data analytics.
Qualifications & Knowledge
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Business Partnering role.
* In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and proficiency in at least one local language (German, French, or Italian).
* Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage competing priorities.
