Position: Specialist, HR Transformation Project Management
Location: Geneva
Start Date: July 1, 2025
End Date: December 31, 2026
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Specialist in HR Transformation Project Management to lead and support a major HR transformation initiative. This role involves managing cross-functional projects, coordinating external vendors, and driving improvements in HR service delivery, governance, and data analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead planning and implementation of HR transformation programs
* Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables
* Manage vendor selection, contracts, and performance
* Monitor KPIs and service levels
* Support budget tracking and reporting
* Provide strategic input and documentation for leadership
* Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
* Track and evaluate program outcomes and lessons learned
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's in HR, Organizational Development, or related field
* Project management certification or equivalent
* Proven experience in HR transformation and vendor management
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
* Proficiency in MS Office and Workday
Desirable:
* 5+ years in project management roles
* Experience in international or complex organizational environments
Competencies:
* Strategic thinking, collaboration, adaptability, and service orientation
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
