Your Role
In this role, you will lead and further develop FutureLog’s global account and partner management activities. You will be responsible for strategic customer relationships, commercial growth within existing accounts, and the expansion and management of our international partner network.
You will initially manage a small team while actively contributing operationally yourself. As the business grows, you will help scale and expand the function further.
The role reports directly to the COO and works closely with Regional Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations teams across the organization.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage and develop strategic global customer accounts (Europe, Middle East and APAC)
* Build trusted relationships with international stakeholders and decision-makers
* Identify growth opportunities within existing customer organizations
* Develop and manage FutureLog’s partner ecosystem, including resellers and referral partners
* Drive commercial collaboration and partner enablement initiatives
* Support contract renewals, account expansion, and strategic commercial activities
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strong customer and partner experiences
* Help build scalable account and partner management structures, processes, and best practices
* Lead and support a growing international team over time
What We Are Looking For
* Strong experience in global account management, partner management, or strategic customer management within a technology or SaaS environment
* Ideally experience in hospitality technology, Procure-to-Pay, payments, ERP, PMS, booking, or related platform businesses
* Experience managing international partner networks, resellers, and referral partnerships
* Strong commercial mindset combined with a pragmatic and hands‑on working style
* Ability to operate strategically while remaining close to customers and day‑to‑day business activities
* Comfortable working in growing and evolving organizations intercontinentally
* Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Willingness to travel internationally required (c. 30%)
