They maintain the highest standards of service, product quality, and customer satisfaction, while supervising financial performance and cost controls as well as training the team. Regular briefings, efficiency maintenance, quality control of food costs, beverages, and labor management, supplier management, financial analysis, and implementation of corrective actions are required. As an ambassador of the restaurant, they guarantee a warm, personalized service that aligns with the brand identity, providing prompt and professional handling of customer feedback. Recruiting and developing the team, monitoring performance, developing future leaders, and promoting communication between the kitchen and service are essential.
