 
        
        Responsibilities
 * Comprehensive project management of the software applications E-Banking and CRM during the adoption phase of the new core banking software.
 * Evaluation of the delta between the current situation and the required target state to determine the gaps and the necessary adoption steps.
 * Support and point of contact for the project team as well as all relevant stakeholders.
 * Ensuring high customer and user satisfaction through the deployment of new core banking components to enhance and scale the business applications.
Requirements
 * Solid knowledge of manual and automated testing methods.
 * Extensive experience with tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similar platforms.
 * Understanding of core banking systems, ideally experience with the integration and migration of core banking software.
 * Extensive experience with business applications – knowledge of the functionality and requirements of systems such as e-banking and CRM.
 * Strong analytical skills – able to identify deltas between current and target states and derive corresponding test strategies.
 * Very high quality management – experience in ensuring software quality and performing regression tests.
 * Extensive technical understanding: basic knowledge of databases, interfaces (APIs), and system integration of complex software systems.
 * Strong communication skills for effective exchange with various stakeholders (project team, developers, business units, partners, and operators).
