We're seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to join our organization as a key business partner. This role will play a critical part in driving business results through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities :
* Talent Development and Strategy :
* Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that drive talent acquisition, development, and retention.
* Partner with the Talent Management team to design and implement programs that enhance leadership capabilities and engagement.
* Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on performance-related issues and career development opportunities.
* Performance Management and Employee Relations :
* Develop and implement comprehensive performance management processes that drive employee engagement and retention.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices and employee health and safety.
* Organization Design and Change Management :
* Recommend organizational design solutions that meet business needs while achieving optimal performance and efficiency.
* Develop and implement effective change management strategies to enable organizational success during periods of transition.
* Compensation Planning :
* Partner with the business and Compensation team to design and implement compensation plans that align with business objectives.
* Analyze market data and internal metrics to inform compensation decisions.
* Workforce Planning and Talent Acquisition :
* Collaborate with the business to assess resource needs and develop strategies for proactive and optimal talent sourcing outcomes.
* Facilitate the selection of high-performing talent to fill critical roles in the organization.
* Diversity and Inclusion and Culture :
* Lead initiatives to create a diverse and inclusive work environment that fosters innovation.
* Promote a positive workplace culture through effective employee engagement initiatives.
* Compliance and Risk Management :
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations concerning employment practices and employee health and safety.
