Main tasks:
Act as a System Business Engineer for SAP S/4HANA implementations and rollouts, ensuring sustainable process adoption aligned with SAP standard functionalities
Lead fit-to-standard process design activities by translating business needs into efficient SAP standard processes, limiting deviations and custom developments to well-justified cases
Drive continuous improvement and optimization of end-to-end business processes across the organization
Actively contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support the execution of business unit strategies
Support the development of a cross-divisional process improvement roadmap, including identification and prioritization of key improvement areas
Analyze existing processes using quantitative data, performance metrics, and structured stakeholder input
Define future-state process models and conduct gap analyses between current and target states
Design and implement process enhancements in close collaboration with process owners and business leadership
Support process owners in creating, updating, and maintaining clear and consistent process documentation
Promote awareness, acceptance, and adoption of digitalized processes, fostering a digital-first mindset within the organization
Your qualifications:
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation and rollout projects in a process-focused role
A completed degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
Solid theoretical knowledge and hands-on experience in project management and business process change management
Fluency in both German and English
Strong communication skills combined with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Basic experience with database queries and strong capabilities in handling, processing, and analyzing large datasets
High affinity for digital technologies and modern enterprise systems
