Responsibilities
* Disassembly and assembly of aircraft engines, modules or rotors (Pratt & Whitney 4000)
* Technical and administrative completion of all tasks in accordance with regulations
* Complete work on time and ensure quality of work
* Continuous improvement of processes to improve quality and safety
* Environmentally conscious handling of resources
* Independent and economic thinking and acting
Profile
* Successfully completed vocational training, preferably as a polymechanic, automotive or agricultural machinery mechanic
* Independent, accurate and responsible work ethic
* Good teamwork and communication skills
* Good health condition, able to work under pressure, flexible
* Strong sense of personal responsibility and self‑motivation
* Good knowledge of German; good written and spoken English skills (A2)
* Willing to work in 2‑shift operations
